Terms & Conditions Ultra 66 – Full Platform Rules for Malaysia

1Introduction

Ultra 66 is a digital entertainment platform offering online casino services, Sports Betting, table games, e-sports, and a range of other interactive entertainment products to eligible Malaysian users. The platform operates under a valid licence and adheres to international industry standards for security, fairness, and user protection.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements between Ultra 66 and its users. Ultra 66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable version.

All content, services, and systems within ultra 66 are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of ultra 66 content or systems will be subject to appropriate legal action.

2User Eligibility

To register and use ultra 66's services, users MUST meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia
• Not declared bankrupt or legally incapacitated from entering into a binding agreement
• Has never had an account banned or suspended by ultra 66 previously
• Registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person
• Not using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities

3Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only ONE (1) account on Ultra 66. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Valid identity card or passport number
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your own name
• An active, accessible email address
• Exact date of birth

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under a user's account is considered to have been carried out by that user. ultra 66 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits must originate from an account or digital wallet registered in the user's own name. Ultra 66 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to be from an unauthorised source will be frozen and investigated.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account has completed full identity verification (KYC)
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted

• Ultra 66's system records serve as conclusive evidence in any dispute

8Sports Betting

Ultra 66's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of international and local Malaysian sporting events, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton (BWF), e-sports, and more. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once an event has commenced
• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the applicable odds, not the current odds
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, bets will be refunded
• The Cash Out feature is subject to availability and the value offered at the time of the request
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win; a single void leg does not necessarily void the entire ticket – this depends on the accumulator type

9Prohibited Conduct

Ultra 66 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Bonus abuse – registering multiple accounts, using false information, or colluding between accounts to exploit promotional offers
• Match fixing or any form of fraud in Sports Betting
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Ultra 66's systems
• Sharing or transferring an account to another individual
• Any action that harms other users or compromises the integrity of the platform

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal proceedings where appropriate. Ultra 66 cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of suspicious activity.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Ultra 66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document
• Identity verification that cannot be completed within the stipulated timeframe
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• User-initiated request to close the account
• User found to not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., underage)

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Ultra 66 support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed or cancelled in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

11Limitation of Liability

Ultra 66 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:
